Caledonia Industrial Estates was significantly expanded in size during the mid 1990’s by Moncton Industrial Development, with two additional expansions taking place in 2004 and 2007/08. With some 960 acres of service industrial land and a direct interchange connection to the Trans-Canada Highway, this park has seen dramatic growth over the past decade.
