First, Moncton Industrial Park (the Original); Now, Moncton Industrial Park West and it's Open for Business

This is Moncton's most established industrial park, situated in the city's west end. Moncton Industrial Park was launched in 1960 with the acquisition of 100 acres of land.  Today, the park has a total area of 600 fully serviced acres of prime industrial land with close to 300 companies.

But that original 600 acres is now full. Looking to the future we have expanded and added the new Moncton Industrial Park West. Phase One will open up 120 acres and half of that is now Open for Business. Work is continuing and by late summer 2011 the entire area will be ready.
