First, Moncton Industrial Park (the Original); Now, the new Moncton Industrial Park West and it's Open for Business

The Original is Moncton's most established industrial park, situated in the city's west end. Moncton Industrial Park was launched in 1960 with the acquisition of 100 acres of land.  Today, the park has a total area of 600 acres of prime industrial land with close to 300 companies now in place.

But that original 600 acres is fully developed. Looking to the future we have expanded and added the new Moncton Industrial Park West. Phase One, now complete, opened up 120 acres for new business development. For more information, download the MIP West pdf's below.
